Product exchanges
We will exchange products for 30 days after the order was placed easily and free of charge (valid for companies and end customers).
How to proceed:
- fill in the exchange form and mail it with the product to be exchanged, add a copy of the order into the package
- send the product to the address below or ask for an exchange in person at one of our shops
- we will exchange the product in the shortest time possible
Hint: If you only want to exchange sizes, it is enough to add to the copy of the order what size you require. It is not necessary to fill in the exchanges form.

Contract cancellation
If you are not satisfied with the goods, within 30 days, you may return it without giving a reason and we will refund you the money (including shipping fees as part of the order). You may use the Contract cancellation form.
If you are returning products, please do not forget to include the bank account number for returning the money.
We return your money within 5 days of receiving the returned product.
We warn that when the purchaser is not the end user (usually companies), it is not possible due to the current General Terms and Conditions, to cancel a contract without giving a reason (the possibility of product exchange or claim based on a faulty product remains also for companies, more than required by legislation).
Exchange of faulty products
You have a standard warranty of 24 months for exchanging products.
