Branding of Catalogue Textiles

If you do not need thousands of pieces of textile and would like to brand your catalogue textile or further sell it under your brand, we have a fitting solution for you.

Even is smaller amounts of hundreds of pieces we ensure the removal of the original textile tags and of course the production and sewing on of the new tags. The textile with the custom tags can then be provided with a paper label and packaged individually into PVC bags, that can be branded with a custom logo. In combination with printing or embroidery, you will get a unique advertising product.

1 Textile tags

We ensure the production of textile tags of any dimension. We will, of course, sew them on, to almost any location on the textile, usually on the inner side of the neckline.

We print the tags using high-quality sublimation printing, in higher amounts, it is possible to produce woven tags.

Minimal amount:

• printed tags:
  • production (removal and sewing on): starting at 200 pcs
  • printing (only printing without sewing on): starting at 100 pcs (if sizing information is to be included on the tag then at least 100 pcs per size)
• woven tags:
  • at least 1 000 pcs

2 Paper labels

We will print paper labels of any dimension in full-coloured digital resolution or with screen printing. We offer a wide scale of papers with various grammage including special graphics papers.

We will, of course, drill or engrave a hole for splints or other materials for attaching the label to the textile. If you are looking for luxury labels, we will make bespoke labels of any shape, embellished by, for example, varnish, gold printing or blind emboss.

Minimal amount:

• digitally printed labels starting at 100 pcs
• labels printed by screen printing starting at 1 000 pcs

3 Individual packaging into PVC bags

• Individual packaging into standard PVC bags (starting at 25 pcs)
• Individual packaging into standard PVC bags with a custom sticker (starting at 50 pcs)
• Individual packaging into printed PVC bags including the option of all-area print (minimal amount for bag production is 5 000 pcs)
